" My castle upon that hill amidst the fireworks. "
Baby has been bugging me about not blogging.
So here I am!
:P
Exams are finally over and I've taken a good long weekends rest and have gotten fat.
Yes literally.
The scale did not change, but my abs are gone.
Sadness.
ANYWAYS, I'm glad I indulged myself well throughout the weekend because tomorrow is another hardcore studying + dieting day.
Sounds harsh. I know right D:
But it's for my own good yadah yadah~
Yesterday Baby and I went to catch an impromptu movie!
We woke up around 10am and we were just lazing around after breakfast.
Then guess what?
Baby all of a sudden wanted to watch Transformers.
So the both of us went online and checked the different theaters with their time slots and seat capacity.
And we managed to find one at Iluma which had a movie at around 1.20pm with really good seats!
Baby quickly booked the tickets online and I'm glad we did because by the time we reached there, the good seats were all gone! :P
Oh right, on the MRT, we witnessed a somewhat scary sight.
There was this unsupervised kid who was like super playful and his parents were busy talking to one another, they didn't pay much attention to him.
Then he playfully placed his hand on the MRT door, of which it opened upon arriving at the station and the kid's hand was stuck at the door.
He started crying like crazy, and at first all the commuters thought that it was just a kid crying. No biggie.
Then he started screaming and shouting like mad which of course drew the attention of everybody.
Thank goodness a commuter was fast enough to press that red button which had a $5000 fine if you pressed it for fun.
And the train driver didn't close the door.
Imagine if that happened, I bet the kid would have lost his hand.
It took quite a while for the kid to squeeze his hand out, but he kept screaming and shouting.
And after much delay, we were finally on our way again.
That's why sometimes I hate kids who are so playful on the train.
This is a good lesson for him not to be such a public nuisance and learn how to have good manners in public.
BACK TO TOPIC,
After the movie, I was super in love with it but Baby was quite disappointed at some points.
I still thought it was alright, since I'm a big fan of Transformers and Steven Spielberg :D
We made our way to Cityhall to meet with Cc's students.
One of them wanted to get her Topshop card, so we accompanied her there since I wanted to check out some of Topshop clothes.
Afterwards we split up and had dinner.
I had my super awesome 酿豆腐, while Baby had his favourite laksa.
We then walked all the way from ION to Plaza Singapura, which I wanted to see whether they had anymore Cath Kidston Iphone cases left.
Unfortunately, they didn't have any new stocks :(
Ohright, I'm super super in love with Baby's anniversary present to me.
Guess what he got me! Heehee.
He got me this super super kawaii HelloKitty Polaroid instax mini, imported straight from Japan! Along with 2 stacks of HelloKitty polaroid films and one normal stack.
I was overjoyed. I've always been wanting a Polaroid camera and he gave me one! A HELLOKITTY ONE SOMEMORE! Omg overjoy~
Here are some pictures of it!
I'm like super scared to use it because the films are like too cute to be used up!
So I must wait for a joyous occasion to use it :P Heehee.
And that concludes my super eventful day yesterday.
It was a day well spent even though I didn't do any shopping.
Afterall, I've got to save up as well. LOL.
Okays.
I'm going off the sleep now.
Toodles~
