It has been a while since I've last baked and due to my insane training schedules, I can't seem to find the time to do so. Thank goodness this week was my break week and trainings have ceased till next week! *Banzai
01. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder ; basically the dry ingredients.

02. Spam it with chocolate chips!!!
03. Now mixing with the wet ingredients - butter, eggs etc
Brownies normally uses a lot of butter and eggs, but my mother and I will some times cut the portions by using ratio and improvise from there. Don't be afraid to try out new mixes! (ღ˘⌣˘ღ) ♫
04. Next we mix the flour batter into the butter mix slowly, spoon by spoon. This is to ensure the batter is thoroughly and evenly mixed!
My mother sometimes love using hand to mix the wet and dry batter together as she says that good techniques will definitely be better than using the machine. You can really taste the difference between those machine mixed and hand mixed ☆ミ(o*・ω・)ノ
If you want to add more chocolate chips, now is the time to spam more inside! Be sure to mix well!
05. Butter up the tray or add a waxing paper on the tray you want to bake with. This is to make sure the brownie doesn't stick to the tray! After pouring in the batter, even it out using a spatula or gently hitting the tray onto the table.
You can even pour the remaining batter into cupcakes holders! ♥~(‘▽^人)
Brownie cupcakes everybody! Bake the batter for at least 30 minutes at a temperate of 170degrees celcius.
You can mix up your brownies with something different - for me I love my brownies with a side of ice cream and M&Ms!
It was definitely a fruitful day since I don't have to constantly adhere to my crazy hectic schedule which consists of me rushing up and down from one side of Singapore to another!
