For the past few days, I've been reading a lot of stories: stories about girls who are desperately trying to lose weight. I've seen those who are putting in a lot of effort in losing weight the right way - eat healthily, exercise regularly. Unfortunately, I'm seeing a lot trying to lose weight the very bad way, which is depriving one's body of the food it needs. Frankly speaking, I have no right to speak ill of such people because I've did it before a long time ago. But after going through that rough patch, I've picked up good eating habits and exercising regularly.
However, this post will be dedicated to dieting pills. Many girls are turning to diet pills because they find that despite working up a sweat for days, they still can't lose those frigging stubborn pounds. I am not against dieting pills because most of them are made of natural ingredients, plus they are more like supplement pills to assist in bowel movements or suppressing appetites. So I am going to do an experiment on this certain diet pill which one of my guy friends had recommended, (I shall not disclose the name of this diet pill as of now) and I will be keeping a close record of my weight, food intake and exercises.
I'm not encouraging girls to suddenly turn to diet pills for the solutions to reach their ideal weight. I've been watching my lifestyle for the past few years and I always make sure I do not go to the extreme when it comes to dieting. So if girls who want to try out dieting pills, I would suggest reading up about them and see whether it is suitable for you. Plus some pills have some rather bad side effects which may end up in you feeling nauseous 24/7 etc, so I really recommend doing extensive research on how to diet right first.
Well I'm not going to post in details about what I'm doing: but like I've said before, I will write a post of my progress at every end of the week(: Wish me luck!!
Update on NTU: I've just found out that Chengling is going to be in the same hall as me: Hall 13! This makes me more excited into entering my new life in University(: Plus there will be an event where the halls all compete against each other in the different areas of sports. Chengling told me she is definitely going into Badminton, even though I'm trying to drag her into Cheerleading! And I am definitely going into Cheerleading: it just feels really great to be working in the same hall with friends! I'm hoping that my Cheer senior would be around to help out too, since she technically had graduated already :P
